Newly Designed Front Porch runs 50 feet across entire length of house.

We don't spray - so our yard is brimming with biodiversity and habitat.

You can see cute baby frogs hopping around the yard when they get their land legs
and leave the pool.

Our yard and garden is planted according to principles of the National Audubon Society for creating yard habitat.

Nature Lovers will rejoice!

These two separate living apartments were added onto the main farmhouse.

Both units can also be configured as Master Suites for privacy, comfort, and complete personal retreat or spa units.

The grounds are naturalized with thousands of daffodils of every variety & color, from early bloomers to late bloomers - giving a full spectrum of color and joy from mid-March to mid-May each year.

Garden & Water Pump Shed

A visiting artisan hand crafted this charming shed. Hard-oak trellis supports a rambling Himalayan rose with incredibly fragrant blossoms in the mid-spring each year.

Newly poured concrete floor and stoned foundation.

New roof with charming hand-crafted bird houses on each end.

This little "mini-cottage" is so popular, that gardener-designer Jacque from France insisted on living in it one summer while he designed the Angel Garden in the rear of the house. (See later post with story & picture.) All the neighbors comment on how utterly charming this little garden house is!

Viewed from the pergola surrounding main house.

Consecration of our newly-restored well was orchestrated by our spirit guides. As we chanted OM, I poured a container of sacred waters over the well shaft. Our spirit guide poured a celestial pitcher of scintillating platinum light down over us and through our physical water offering. This water/lightfall entered and permeated our well and water supply. The words were given: "Now your water is holy water and everyone who bathes in your house or drinks water in your house will have a holy bath and holy drink."

SUNFLOWER ROOM upper floor bedroom.

Designed by Italian designer and healing center owner, this bright and charming room uplifts the spirits while looking over the sugar maple in the side yard (yes, you can tap your own sugar maples for your own maple syrup each spring) & the front pines.

The upper floor has 9 bed/guest/office rooms.

PLUS a full bath.

Plus 2 half baths.

The central room on this floor has sliding glass doors opening to the top of the loggia.

his quiet serene room is a favorite for quiet folks.

Double glass sliding doors look into the pines lining the front walkway.

This doors open onto the porch roof. The foundation is in place to make this a 2nd story porch if you like.

Hand painted in a soothing blend of soft purples muted with gold, this celestial room is very relaxing.

Many world class healers, shaman, saints, & seekers have taken up residence and presented in our healing center. You may continue with these presenters, do your own healing/spa programs & retreats, and add your own inspirations.

Some, but not all, of our presenters have included:

Sweat Lodges for 3 years with Carl Big Heart...
currently on Omega faculty in Rhinebeck, NY

Native American healing shaman, Ben Oofano

We also do regular Reiki initiations & have conducted St. Germain empowerment workshops here for several years.

For years we had a local Rolfer, & several body workers & massage therapists using our healing spaces. Renting out these rooms and hosting retreats offers substantial income possibilities for retreat use.

If this is the right property for YOU, we will work with you to make it happen.
